From the President
The Quality One group was formed in 1998 when eleven Washington, D.C. area heating and air conditioning companies decided to get together in an effort to combine our resources to be able to purchase materials and services for our firms at better prices due to volume discounts. Since that time, we have increased our membership to 22 of the most respected HVAC companies in the area. We feel that any new members that we add to the group should have a reputation for quality work and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
All of the Quality One members also have a commitment to providing the best training available to our employees. We are pooling our resources to bring some of the top experts in the HVAC industry to train our technicians. We want our people to have the best training available, so that we can continue to provide our customers with excellent service. Training is available for our members to get service certification with the national NATE program, the standard for excellence in our industry.
Our organization has proven to be a valuable business resource for the members, giving us increased purchasing power, better employee training, networking ideas with each other, and reliable companies to refer to customers. We feel that independent, local companies, such as the Quality One group, can best provide the highest level of customer service in the HVAC industry.
